Dragon Drink® nutrition by size
| Size | Calories | Caffeine | Fat | Carbs | Protein | Sugar |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tall | 110 | 25mg | 2.5g | 21g | 1g | 19g |
| Grande | 140 | 50mg | 3g | 27g | 1g | 24g |

A Grande (16 fl oz) Starbucks Dragon Drink has 140 calories, 24 g sugar, 3 g fat and about 50 mg of caffeine. A Tall has 110 calories, a Venti 200 and a Trenta 270. It is the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher shaken with coconutmilk, which adds the fat and a little extra sugar.
What's in a Dragon Drink
Starbucks hand-shakes its Mango Dragonfruit Refresher base with coconutmilk, ice, green coffee extract and freeze-dried dragonfruit pieces. Starbucks says it is also available with no caffeine.
Milk and customization swaps
Swaps are shown as the direction of change against the standard recipe. Starbucks' product pages don't publish per-drink numbers for each swap, so check the Starbucks app or our calculator for an estimate of your exact order.
| Swap | Effect on calories | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Plain Mango Dragonfruit Refresher (no coconutmilk) | Fewer calories | A Grande refresher has 90 calories |
| Light coconutmilk | Slightly fewer calories | Ask the barista |
| No caffeine option | Same calories | Removes the green coffee extract caffeine |
| Add cold foam | Adds calories, fat and sugar | Not part of the standard drink |
Syrup pumps and calories
There are no syrup pumps by default; the sugar comes from the refresher base and coconutmilk. Starbucks doesn't list nutrition per pump on its product pages. The figure most sites quote is about 20 calories and 5 g of sugar for one pump of a standard syrup such as Classic or Vanilla. Treat that as an estimate (unverified), not a Starbucks number. Sugar-free vanilla syrup adds almost no calories. For pump counts across the menu, see our Starbucks syrup calories per pump guide.
Lower-calorie ways to order
- Order a Tall: 110 calories.
- Choose the plain refresher if you don't need the creaminess.
- Skip cold foam add-ons.
- Keep standard ice.
